I ate it for the first time tonight at Kappazushi, my fave 100 yen/ plate conveyor belt sushi place, with Kiku & Risa...Tonight we ate 18 plates of yummy-ness ;)

I'm going to go with horse? (But only because that was mentioned in your last post about sushi). Gives me the willies just thinking about it.....
