Four girls and 13 pints of strawberries met in my kitchen today.

We cooked, stirred, strained, poured, ate, and sealed strawberry jam. Then I attempted a pie with homemade crust. Eh, let's just say the pie definitely needs some adjustments before I'd serve it again...The jam on the other hand, is delish & even though I've been eating berries all day, I can't wait for breakfast: English muffins toasted & topped with jam! Mmmm I LOVE strawberry season!
